Problem:
ChildPlus Software aimed to engage its audience and provide valuable content using a printed calendar.
Goals and Objectives:
- Increase user engagement with monthly content.
- Provide easily accessible online information through QR codes.
- Measure the impact of the campaign on user interaction.
Brainstorming and Content Selection
Collaborated with the marketing, sales, training and content team to brainstorm captivating monthly themes that would resonate with early education professionals.
Monthly Quiz Creation
Designed and developed monthly quizzes based on current Head Start themes, trends, and events. Each quiz consisted of 5 multiple-choice questions, allowing individuals to test their knowledge of Head Start. The quizzes served as an interactive tool to engage visitors and encourage them to interact with the campaign.
Design and Visual Elements
Envisioned a visually appealing calendar layout with vivid illustrations and playful design elements, capturing the spirit of early education. The emblem-styled logo, inspired by The Great Muppet Caper, injected nostalgia and uniqueness into the campaign's identity.
QR Code Integration and Landing Pages
Incorporated QR codes on every calendar page, providing direct access to our thoughtfully crafted landing pages. Each page not only hosts engaging content relevant to the month's theme but also ensures a smooth digital experience with valuable articles, tips, and resources.
Print and Distribution
Collaborated with printing partners to produce the high-quality interactive calendars. These physical calendars were distributed to our audience, setting the stage for the hybrid campaign.
Launch and Promotion
Launched the campaign at the start of the year with a strategic promotion across our digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the website.
Final Designs
The interactive calendar beautifully married printed and digital experiences. The emblem-styled logo evoked nostalgia while capturing the essence of the campaign. Each landing page seamlessly integrated with the content, creating a holistic user journey.
